What WatertightHub provides

The Site offers informational cost estimates and connects homeowners with independent local contractors and lead partners. We are not a contractor, we do not perform work, and we do not employ or control the contractors listed or matched through the Site.

Estimates are not quotes

Cost figures on the Site are modeled local estimates provided for general planning only. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of price. Actual pricing is set solely by the contractor you engage and depends on your specific project.

Contractors are independent

We do our best to surface established local businesses, but we do not warrant the quality, licensing, insurance, or performance of any contractor. Any agreement for work is strictly between you and the contractor. You are responsible for verifying credentials and for your own hiring decisions.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WatertightHub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any damages arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any estimate, or any dealings with a contractor. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You agree not to misuse the Site, scrape it, or use it for unlawful purposes. The Site content, design, and data compilation are owned by WatertightHub and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Changes, governing law, and contact
